Assault
on High-End
Didn't like the sound eh?
"I know what you're thinking. Did he fire six
shots or only five? Well, to tell you the
truth, in all this excitement, I've kind of
lost track myself. But being as this is a 44
Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the
world, and would blow your head clear off,
you've got to ask yourself one question: Do I
feel lucky? Well, do ya punk?" From the looks
of this arsenal Dirty Harry's famous quote
might be a tad old. (L to R) Key Kim, Don
Shaulis and David Lalin of
Audio Doctor.com
brandish authentic machine guns courtesy of a
personal friend in Las Vegas. I'm sporting a
.50 caliber semi automatic that's so big
stuffing it into my waistband startled Mr.
Happy!

Ben Gosvig, DALI USA's rep (right) and friend
take time out for a photo.
Alan Kafton of Audio Excellence couldn't fool
yours truly with this matching set of eye-wear
tint and tee-shirt. He changed it up again the
next day as well sporting a rust tinted shirt
and glasses. As Bob Marley would say "Ya too
rude!"

Behind the scenes in the Avatar Acoustics Room
was (L to R) Franck Tchang of Acoustic
Systems, Darren and Bonnie Censullo, President
of Avatar Acoustics and Jurgen Schuering
designer and co-founder of Ascendo GmbH
flanked by his amazingly rewarding sounding
System M loudspeakers.
As I stated in my earlier report this show
brought about nothing but smiles. Miles of
smiles. Here's (L to R) New Jersey's finest in
Arnis Balgavis and Ross Wagner while Chesky
Record's David Chesky takes residence right
across the Hudson in New York City.

(L to R) Craigy G, Bill Wells and the guy with
the shaven dome, our illustrious editor Dave
Thomas discuss logistics on show coverage.

David Chesky, Ken Kessler and an unknown
friend of his take time out of their busy
schedules to shine for our cameraman.

Mike Kochman of Echo Buster's is seen chilling
out by the pool at Alexis Park.

Food is one of the great pastimes when
surrounded by good music, people and weather.
(L to R) Franck Tchang of Acoustic Systems
holds court with Key Kim at the MGM Grand
Buffet. Leon Rivken (far right) and friend pay
closer attention to their appetites.
